This policy explains how Carpenter Financial, LLC (“Carpenter Financial,” “I,” “me”) handles information connected to this website, booksbycarpenter.com.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts and no advertising or analytics tracking. It does not set cookies.
Like nearly every website, the servers that deliver these pages automatically process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested, so the site can load and stay secure. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles that information under its own privacy policy. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them.
Information you choose to share
If you email me, call me, or book a Diagnostic Review, I receive the information you choose to give, such as your name, email address, phone number and details about your books or organization. I use it only to respond to you, schedule and hold our conversation, and provide any services you ask for.
Diagnostic Review bookings are handled through Google Calendar, and email is handled through Gmail. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy.
How your information is shared
I don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. I don’t share it with anyone except the service providers named above that make the website, email and scheduling work, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have from you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, unless I need to keep it for a legal or accounting reason. Just email me.
Children
This website is meant for business owners and organizations, and it isn’t directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
